If you are looking for on the IDE definition, and a small IDE, you are at the right place.  The acronym IDE is an integrated electronic.  This standard has many different names, all include in the same connection with the motherboard.  Initially they were user and developed by different companies.  ATA or EIDE interfaces will work both in IDE plug.
