I am a quad with very limited use of hands. right now I use my mouse for computer games. mostly first person shooters. but I need something a little better, so I won’t be doing alot of camping when you play. Laughter! But seriously … something like a joystick or xbox thingy. any suggestions please?

How head movement? Šeguvam I am not, there are peripheral devices such as TrackIR, using head movements such as the introduction of a control.
There are also things which argue that allow you to control the games with your thoughts. So you can use the mouse to aim and just think about how you want to go.

So, not entirely conventional control methods. But it seems not to be entirely conventional gamers so it can make a decent comfort for you.
