I installed tea and kittens extension for chrome little time time ago (the daily mail site that blocks). Very funny and sweet-every time you follow a link to go to the journal instead it displays a random picture of a cup of tea and the cute kitten picture. This is great except my consumption of tea have registered triple. And sometimes you actually have to read the news on this site, how do I go to uninstall the extension? Look in the options for chrome, but it could not find anywhere. Here’s how:

In the address field, type the following:

chrome://Extensions/

Then you can disable and uninstall it from there.

(If you want to make sure that the type is not running
about: memory
and you can see the allocation of memory.)

Chromium is a convenient, you can see a very useful task manager as a right click in a blank bit above the address bar and select Task Manager. This can be usuful, if you have a section that is misbehaving, you can finish the process in this section.
