    @PeterEdinx sure did :-)

  2. PeterEdinx says:

Wait you used 2 cathodes to make it that bright?

  3. djdopebeetas says:

@rabihdon06 You can connect the fan to molex on the PSU using a 3-pin to 4-pin molex adaptor.

    Thanks mate!
You gave me heeps of useful tips about where to place the cables. I didn’t even know they could be placed their. Lol. Thanks

  5. ezio1462 says:

@djdopebeetas Awesome! Thanks for the advice, I didn’t know about fan headers but I do now =D

  6. djdopebeetas says:

@ezio1462 That’s right pal. If you need to use more fans and run out of fan headers you can connect the fans to a molex, either way they will power the fans.

  7. ezio1462 says:

@djdopebeetas That’s right, I remembered that right after I posted lol I’ll take another glance at my board for them. These will supply power to fans as long as the motherboard is functioning correctly, right?

  8. djdopebeetas says:

@ezio1462 You’ve got the AMD board mine is a Intel. You should have about four fan headers on the board. They are 3 or 4pin connectors, you can’t miss them.

  9. ezio1462 says:

@djdopebeetas So you’re not using a molex connector for the fan? And where is the fan header located on your mobo? I think we got the same one, My Asus M4A79XTD Evo just arrived in the mail today and yours looked very similar to it in the video. lol

  10. djdopebeetas says:

@ezio1462 The cathodes come with the junction box and molex power connector, and also the switch.
The LED fan is just connected to a fan header on the motherboard, that’s how it gets it power.

  11. ezio1462 says:

Great video man, thanks =) So how do you power the cathodes? Did you have to purchase that Junction box separately? Can you just use molex connectors? Also, to pwer your LED fans, it just takes one molex pin right? It doesn’t take two because of their LED’s?

    thanks dude :)
