   Yeah that’s ridiculous on a 4 years old game, but if you notice that he’s running on 8xAA that’s pretty good. But I can’t understand why people need 8xAA at 1920×1080.

   i use gtx 560 and overclock it to 1 Ghz can get 25 to 40 fps and it very stable.

   I just ordered parts for a new PC I am going to be building.what fps do you think i will get on crysis warhead?

   AMD Phenom II X6 1100t 3.3ghz
   ASUS Crosshair IV Formula AM3
   950w power supply

   set it to 4aa please at 1200p 2aa is acceptable and 4aa is superb, more than that is useless, 1080p should be kinda same

    I just ordered parts for a new PC I am going to be building. It is my first time so I am not quite sure what to expect in terms of performance or anything.

    Asus Sabertooth P67
    Intel Core i7 2600k (planning on overclocking it to about 4.5ghz)
    corsair h50 cpu cooler (so I can overclock to 4.5)
    single HIS HD 6970
    8gb corsair vengeance ddr3 1600 ram

    I think I covered everything important. Anyway what do you think I would get in terms of frames per second at 1080p with all settings max and AA on ?

    @burakcekili like i said: Catalyst A.I. gives a huge decrase on fps =/
    in some games it shall bring a better image quality but it does not work well i think….
    also Killing Floor (UT2004 Mod) was around 11fps with all kind of settings on my old 5770 but Catalyst A.I. activated while a Geforce9500GT with 1GB GDDR2 RAM could run it with 1280×1024 and high settings smoothly =/

    I have an i7 950 cpu with hd 6970 2gb (asus) in asus rampage 3 gene mb.
    I have 5 fps in crysis 64 bit ….
    Why only 5 fps?
    I want to find out solutions .
    If u konw it HELP PLS!!!!!!

    @Firzenmaker It’s so disappointing It seems like there will never be a single-gpu that can fully max-out Crysis @ Very High 16x AA 2560×1600 with 60+ fps every new high-end GPU coming out manages to get 5-10 fps more in Crysis than the previous generation, and still it can get extremely choppy, I just blame this on the game itself.

    @DProductions2011 even if its not recorded with fraps (which it definitly isnt ,)) he should get more fps i think =O
    @chiefgeargrinder do you have the option catalyst A.I. activated? (in the CCC) if yes then deactivate it for performance boost (my 6870 seems to be faster than your card atm ^^)

    @chiron3385 Fraps isn’t recording, he recorded his screen so you’re seeing real-time performance. This game is just crappy optimised, Crysis 2 will definitely run a lot better!

    6970 is better because the 5000 series nvidia card have a scaling problem
