is only a short week this week what with all the holidays and similar events, but Paul, Joe and Clive still managed to find time to sit and mull over some of the goings on in the world games.

First, predictably, is the current state of the Sony PlayStation Network. The service is at the moment because of a hacking attack and Sony are currently first to rebuild the network from the ground up. This is little comfort to 75 million PSN users, although they were told that the hackers made their personal data, and possibly their credit card details too.

We are moving then to discuss Portal 2 and what we thought of one of the most eagerly anticipated games of the past 12 months. There is no doubt that the game is very fun, but there are a few niggles there too.

Finally, the debate is Nintendo’s announcement that it is working on the successor to the Wii console was immensely popular. Console is currently titled project coffee and there are only a few Parties details of specifications of it, but it is interesting to see Nintendo setting out his stall relatively early in the next gen console wars.

As always, we have also set up our weekly competition too, lucky winners who will walk with Speedlink wireless gamepads shock FX. This game pad is compatible with PC and PlayStation 3 and features up to 10 metres.
