LOL don’t brag too much. There’s a lot of upset people who didn’t get one because some say the price went into effect days before the Sunday Best Buy ad came out. Luckily I got one from the local Best Buy store by purchasing it on the website early Sunday morning around 3am. Even at that early hour, the website said only 3 of the 8 stores in this city had it. It was risky cause many times the Best Buy store’s inventory is not accurate on the website and order is cancelled hours later.
Prior to this, the best deal on a BLU RAY notebook with HDMI was the MSI A6000-030US for $499 at Frys Electronics. It was on sale on Black Friday and New Year’s Day. It has a T6600 CPU, HDMI, BLU RAY, 320GIG, Webcam. The major difference here is the CPUY generation and the memory speed (533 vs1066).
Even if the CPU in this Gateway was i3 instead of i5, it’s the deal of the year. Some people think that even when Black Friday 2010 arrives, this deal can’t be beat.
