@9887962543 since i posted that comment, i have reinstalled the game and installed 1.0.4.0 and i’m getting 24-38fps outdoors
Do not upgrade to 1.0.7.0, it will degrade your performance
@9887962543 okay good for you… compare your oc to mine first to begin with and i get 21-40fps outdoors, i’ve measured it, that was just my estimate, 21-40 is measured and there is nothing wrong with my system.

my in game settings
resolution : 1366×768 (max supported by my monitor)
texture filter quality and water quality: very high
all others to : high
vsync and definition : on
View distance 26
detail distance 51
Vehicle density 31
shadow density 4
and with that i get an fps of 22 to 27
in interiors 35 – 40
@windowsmaster1 well im not going to upgrade my gpu yet, money is tight but if i cud i would buy an EvGa , gigabyte, gainward or msi 560
@windowsmaster1 the 460 isnt a 260 dude, its better… No i’d get a gtx560Ti instead of a 6870, its better
@windowsmaster1 My friend has a gtx460 with a x3 740 and he gets 60 fps so i am not kidding u and i dont need to buy an i5-760 if i have one already xD
