Perfect video for those who are new to overclocking. We wont be help responsible for any damages, its just a guide so do it at your own risk. Heres those programs – just type into google: – Orthos; cpu and ram tester – Everest; temperature monitor as not all features are unlocked in the Freeware everest, other software that works just as good are; speedfan, cpuz and realtemp this video show you the basics of overclocking such as changing FSB, Voltage, and multiplier. Processor used: E6750 We make videos on the latest hardware, games, howtos, advice and more. check out our channel! (in the video i make the comment that 1mhz is 1000 cycles, it is really 1 million cycles – as the annotation corrects it) Just ask if you have any questions! tags: megotrice How to overclock computer pc desktop bios overclocking over clock clocking voltage cpu processor fan 3.0GHz XFX e6750 E6700 E6650 E5200 E5300 E7200 E7600 E7900 Q9550 Q6600 dual core duo quad i7 920 960 860 i5 720 750 nvidia intel amd ati megotrice CharismaX2

    Do you think I *MIGHT* be able to over clock my Phenom x4 to 2.0Ghz, from 1.8GHz with this motherboard? MCP61PM-HM (Nettle3)

    Thanks! :)

  2. MrGamesOfficial says:

    @vaibhavthegamer that motherboard will not allow you to overclock much or even at all! It is not possible with that board, sorry man!

  3. vaibhavthegamer says:

    hey dude i have AMD SEMPRON LE1250 MOBO: asustek m2n-mx se plus 2 gb ram , i tried to change my cpu frequency from 200 to 220 and it says overcclocking failed , if u have xfire add me : vaibhavthegamer help me throught xfire or youtube as u want ty in advance

  4. salviaaddict says:

    i overclocked my old computer and forgot to change the voltage and i fried it in 1 day haha

  5. thenunez96 says:

    now can u say it in English?

  6. Chazrising96 says:

    Can i overclock an intel core 2 duo E7200?

  7. leftyleft101 says:

    @bubzbeautycrap yep

  8. leftyleft101 says:

    @ohnobaby12321 no, you don’t. that’s not heavily increasing the core speed, so the voltage that you have should support the changes

  9. MrGamesOfficial says:

    @ohnobaby12321 im not sure, i wouldnt touch a laptop with overclocking.

  10. ohnobaby12321 says:

    I have core i5 ( most crappy one on laptop) say I run FSB at 226( original) and I change to 260 do I still need to change the voltage

  11. bubzbeautycrap says:

    You can overclock old computers?

  12. BadEditionBeta says:

    @CoDFan50034 sorry i not looked good :(
    but thank you :D

  13. MrGamesOfficial says:

    @PinelochTundra do u have the same cpu as me? e6750? if so you can try the settings in the video, but make sure you are carefull

    i believe they are:
    vcore @ 1.35
    fsb 400 with multiplier at 8 times will get you 3.2ghz or you can try 425 @3.4ghz
    you will also have to find out the voltage of your ram and set vram to that, or you can leave it on auto, but that will result in the motherboard increasing the ram voltage a little (most likely)

    im not going to take any responsibility for damage

  14. PinelochTundra says:

    Dude i have the same mobo and cpu as you so 1.3v at 400 fsb x8 runs stable? i have a zalman fan

  15. AndresBastidas97 says:

    @MrGamesOfficial so… can u tell me how?

  16. MrGamesOfficial says:

    @AndresBastidas97 similar technique, but different settings

  17. AndresBastidas97 says:

    will this work for intel core i7 720QM Quad Core Prosessor???

  18. CoDFan50034 says:

    @BadEditionBeta read the vid descript

  19. happydoggs says:

    I just had a real quick question about my CPU, I’m running a Intel Pentium E2180. i was using a program called CPU-Z to check my current FSB speed and voltage and i noticed that my multiplier and my voltage are fluctuating a lot, my multiplier moves from 6 to 10 randomly, and my voltage moves from 1.272 to 1.366 i was just wondering if this was normal

  20. MiSTAAAHMEK says:

    could you post the name of the programs here? thanks

  21. BadEditionBeta says:

    what’s the name of the program where i idle see?

  22. acynnon says:

    @MsIronfan Youcan overclock any processor so long as it’s multipliers aren’t locked and the BIOS has the options to allow it, if your using a AMD chip you can use AMD overdrive right in Windows to do it but the BIOS is the more advanced method and a better way to go.

  23. funnyfootballs says:

    Ohh man when I put it to manual and then I want to change some stuff.. It’s stuck… I can’t change the value.. Is it because of my motherboard or? I have the asus p7p55d Pro, If you or anyone else could help and take your time and tell me what’s wrong .. ):

  24. MsIronfan says:

    could i overclock amd phenom x3?

  25. ClamCrunchy says:

    @karldarren, yes, if your motherboard allows it. Celerons respond very well to overclocking. For example, it’s often possible to overclock a Celeron from 2 to 3 GHz and it will still remain stable.
