Well, if you have installed the IE9, you may have noticed that the search box is gone. This is because in IE9 is gone the search box! Instead, you’ll see an icon of too small a search in the address bar.

If, like me, you had a search from the address bar in IE8 can be disabled, this will all seem rather confusing, however, because such a small search icon appears When you upgrade to IE9.

In this case, re-enable the search from the address bar has not been made or as this option is also moved. (It uses are under Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.) However, it is in IE9 moved to tools | Internet Options | Total | Search. Check the box “Search of the address bar”.

Hey presto, you now can search again!
