    Pls help me mate, i want to buy this CPU but ive bought a Thermaltake frio heatsink, its a 1156 socket, this is an 1155 socket but its ‘compatible’ with socket 1156 heatsinks, what exactly does that mean? and whats the difference between these sockets?

    For itself? Pretty much most gaming is for performance, i3 is just for common tasks, i5 and i7 are capable of playing modern games on the highest settings. I mean, you probably play them at medium on around 20-40 fps, this things do them on the highest settings (provided you have a good GPU) at over 60fps.
