Hmmmm have noticed that since I am I upgraded to IE9, Outlook is constantly bl?sneš (and restart). You can also play the refusal by clicking

Tools | Center for security

I’ve tested on three machines (and 32 and 64 bits) and done every time.

I’ve prepared some searches, but no one at Microsoft seem to be acquainted with this bug.

My only hope right now is to install Outlook 2007, although if I’m going to do this I may as well save my time and upgrade to a newer version (something I’ve been procrastinating for age!), I will let you know, if you fix the problem!

Update: upgraded a machine by 2010, and it does not fix the problem. It is possible that this is a problem of the additive. Unfortunately the additives are located in the Centre for security, which immediately Thunder Outlook. If Outlook is running in safe mode does not seem to help.

Well this works: the solution (at least for now)-uninstall IE9. I did this:

Control Panel of Windows | Programs and components | View installed updates

Select the Windows Internet Explorer 9. Uninstallclick.

If you try this always back up first! The system will need to restart to complete the process, so be sure to save any unsaved.

Update: it is possible the problem is caused by GFI Vipre Antivirus. Anyone else seen this perfect storm of programmes which are causing the problem??

Update: uninstalled Vipre and the problem remains. It seems possible to finish intermittent crashing, but still happens Trust Center crash. Disabling all add-ons does not seem to fix the problem. So that … is still a mystery. Stay tuned!
