done alot of tests, and the best speed for the RAM adn Core are as follows:
any Switcheable Graphics with DDR3 Core – 650 memory – 933 @ 1v
any 5650 with DDR3 Core 640 Memory – 890 @ 0.9v, 910 @ 0.95v, 933 @ 1v
and 5650 with GDDR3 and/or Swichable Graphics Core 630 @ 0.95v, 650@ 1v Memory 850-900 @ 0.95v 900 – 933 @ 1v
::NOTE::
If any voltages "Core or Memory" go to a higher voltage use the highest reccomended voltage, i reccoment using 1v none the less for stabibility issuses.

@savaga123 Yes. Just if you used all time the overclock . My advice for you is to use the overclock only when you play a game which requires higher requirements at video card.
