i am using the Noctua nh d14 cooler. overall i am very happy with my first OC.

@hao9i6 i knew i would make mistakes. all part of learning i guess. i had the internal pll overvoltage enabled but it was disabled cuz i reset the factory settings for a bios flash. i acc thought that 1.25v on the vcore was too little! shows how much i know! i will try to run 4.2 ghz at 1.18v tonite with prime95 and hopefully it works ty for info
1.250v is to much for 4.2ghz if you like you can try my setting at 4ghz i can set voltage to 1.140v, 4.2ghz 1.180v, 4.5ghz 1.275v, 4.7ghz 1.350v, 4.8ghz 1.375v thats wat i test it and works for mine you need internal pll overvoltage enable
