About 6 years ago, when I was still a journalist, I was sitting on the boat on the river Danube in Belgrade, listening to the ATI spokesman Niels Burbank talking about something called “CrossFire technologies”. Nobody actually said in the open, but most boys, me included, are whispering in the program: “looks like ATI tries its multi-GPU solution.  They will never catch up competition. “

Fast forward to this, and I have a bittersweet taste of air in my mouth.  I say bittersweet because it has never been fun to prove that he is wrong, is great, representing technology, that is, is the leader of the industry. This is confirmed in a number of recent surveys which clearly indicate that AMD CrossFireX ™ is the one to beat!

To a large extent we may claim AMD CrossFireX is undisputed leader for some time, as shown here. More recently we’ve seen even the most die-hard fans of competitive decisions Start to browse fence, asking if they may be missing, (and in fact, they are).  We have not only demonstrated that scaling with AMD CrossFireX is an excellent way to increase productivity for ultra enthusiast games segment of the market, it also work their way down and as a result of the support of almost everywhere, both Intel and AMD motherboards, which allows owners of recent space and performance AMD Radeon ™ graphics cards to promote the implementation of the second card.

In more recent events “AMD has really gone to town on the crossfire Scaling”, especially of high class. Days, where he must choose between spending fortunes on top of finished product, or stick with less performance for little money are long gone, you now have the opportunity for real upgrade.

Interestingly some news sites publish stat, taken from one blog that offers competitive decision is de-facto standard among gamers a few weeks ago. When we heard the statistics, which are tossed about, we decided that something isn’t quite right.  Of course enough we get to the Publisher of these statistics and after an investigation has been removed from their site.
